Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ScaleDoctor ("we", "us", "the studio") provides website and web application design, development, hosting coordination, and ongoing technology support services, operated by Gopinath Nelluri, based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. 2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or using any part of our website or dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or submitting an inquiry.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Free trial dashboards are provided for evaluation purposes and may be limited in duration or features at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are used fraudulently.

4. Services and project delivery

• Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon separately for each engagement (e.g. via consultation, written quote, or requirements submitted through the dashboard).
• Budgets and timelines shown on the site are estimates; final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your specific requirements.
• We aim to deliver projects within agreed timelines but are not liable for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed client feedback, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• Project payments and subscription payments are currently collected via direct UPI transfer and manually confirmed by our team; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
• Subscription plans renew for the billing cycle you select and continue until cancelled.
• We do not store your bank account or card details on our servers.

6. Referral program

Participation in our Refer & Earn program is governed by these Terms and the program-specific terms at our Referral Program page. In summary:

• Referral credits are a discretionary loyalty reward tied to genuine use of our web development and subscription services — not compensation for recruitment, investment, or participation alone.
• We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse credits in cases of suspected fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, or abuse of the program.
• Redemption of credits (cash payout or coupon) is subject to manual review and approval by our team and is not guaranteed or automatic.
• We may modify credit rates, the number of referral levels, or discontinue the program at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. Changes apply to future activity only — credits already confirmed in your account are not retroactively reduced.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or data, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the referral program through fraudulent or automated signups.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website/application transfers to the client as agreed in the project scope, excluding any third-party licensed assets, code libraries, or tools which remain subject to their own licenses. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of ScaleDoctor.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleDoctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
